1 package of 102 g of vanilla pudding preparation
1 diced angel cake
10 to 12 strawberries sliced into four
4 peeled and diced kiwis
180 ml (¾ cup) of 35% whipping cream
500 ml (2 cups) of milk
15 ml (1 tablespoon) of honey
15 ml (1 tablespoon) of lemon zests
Preparation
Side-by-side mode
Prepare pudding with milk in a bowl, following the packaging's instructions. If desired, add lemon zest.
Divide half the pudding, cake and fruits in a transparent presentation plate. Repeat to form a second floor.
Whip cream until firm pikes are obtained, then add honey. Garnish bagatelle with whipped cream.
