1/2 package of fresh raspberries
1/2 package of fresh groundcherry
Fresh grated Parmesan cheese up to taste
Pecan nuts up to taste
Vinaigrette:
45 ml (3 tablespoons) of olive oil
30 ml (2 tablespoons) of balsamic vinegar
5 ml (1 teaspoon) of honey
5 ml (1 teaspoon) of honey mustard
Preparation
Side-by-side mode
Wash spinaches and drain well to remove water entirely. Add raspberries and groundcherries.
Whisk all ingredients for the vinaigrette. Mix vinaigrette with the preparation. Spread with Parmesan cheese and pecan nuts.
