Ingredients
- 1 package of spinach sprouts
- 1/2 package of fresh raspberries
- 1/2 package of fresh groundcherry
- Fresh grated Parmesan cheese up to taste
- Pecan nuts up to taste
Vinaigrette:
- 45 ml (3 tablespoons) of olive oil
- 30 ml (2 tablespoons) of balsamic vinegar
- 5 ml (1 teaspoon) of honey
- 5 ml (1 teaspoon) of honey mustard
Preparation
Side-by-side mode
- Wash spinaches and drain well to remove water entirely. Add raspberries and groundcherries.
- Whisk all ingredients for the vinaigrette. Mix vinaigrette with the preparation. Spread with Parmesan cheese and pecan nuts.
