250 ml (1 cup) of sugar
125 ml (1/2 cup) of butter
2 eggs
125 ml (1/2 cup) of orange juice
500 ml (2 cups) of blueberries
500 ml (2 cups) of flour
10 ml (2 teaspoons) of baking powder
5 ml (1 teaspoon) of salt
5 ml (1 teaspoon) of vanilla
125 ml (1/2 cup) of brown sugar

Preparation

Mix flour, baking powder and salt together. In another bowl, mix sugar with butter. Add eggs to sugar, one by one, while scrambling well. Finally, add vanilla.
Add flour mixture and alternate with orange juice, start and end with dry ingredients. Mix carefully blueberries.
Set in a tubular mold. Spread brown sugar over cake. Oven bake for 30 minutes at 350 °F (180 °C). It could be possible the baking last up to 50 minutes.
