Ingredients
- 250 ml (1 cup) of flour
- 2,5 ml (1/2 teaspoon) of baking soda
- 2,5 ml (1/2 teaspoon) of salt
- 375 ml (1 1/2 cup) of oatmeal
- 125 ml (1/2 cup) of softened butter
- 125 ml (1/2 cup) of sugar
- 125 ml ( 11/2 cup) of brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 30 ml (2 tablespoons) of honey
- 125 ml (1/2 cup) of blueberries
Preparation
Side-by-side mode
- Heat oven at 350 °F (180 °C).
- Mix all together dry ingredients. Mix together butter, sugar and brown sugar. Add egg and honey. Add dry ingredients and mix all together with blueberries.
- Set with the help of a spoon on a cookie sheets covered with parchment peper.
- Bake at 350 °F (180°C) for 8 to 10 minutes.
