Mixed salad with strawberries vinaigrette

Ingredients
  • 1/2 romaine lettuce
  • 1 package of baby spinaches of 142 g
  • 3 red endives
  • 450 g (1 pound) of strawberries
  • 125 ml (1/2 cup) of nature yogurt
  • 30 ml (2 tablespoons) of olive oil
  • 1 lemon (juice)
  • Salt and pepper up to taste
  • 30 ml (2 tablespoons) of chopped chive
Preparation
Side-by-side mode
  • Wash, rinse and drain the lettuce, spinaches and endives. Set aside at fresh.
  • In a blender, mix half the strawberries with yogurt, oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until you obtain a homogeneous and creamy vinaigrette.
  • Slice the remaining strawberries into small dice and mix with the vinaigrette. Add chive.
  • When serving, coat the salad with the vinaigrette.
