30 ml (2 tablespoons) of olive oil
1 package of 250 g (4 cups) of Les Cultures de chez nous sliced leeks
1 liter (4 cups) of chicken broth
2 large potatoes, peeled and sliced roughly
3 peeled pears, seeded and sliced into four
250 ml (1 cup) of milk
Tarragon
Preparation
Side-by-side mode
Heat oil in a casserole at medium heat. Fry sliced leeks until it becomes translucent.
Add the chicken broth, potatoes and pears. Salt and pepper. Bring to a boil then simmer for about 15 minutes or until the potatoes are tender.
Reduce into puree in a blender.
Pour into the saucepan and add the milk. Reheat and serve.
Garnish with tarragon or a few diced pear.
