Ingredients
- 500 g of potatoes
- 1 1/3 package of 250 g (5 1/2 cups) of Les Cultures de chez nous sliced leeks
- 8 filo dough sheets
- 1,5 ml of fresh cream
- 30 ml (2 tablespoons) of finely chopped fresh parsley
- Melted nuts of butter
- Nutmeg
- Salt and pepper
Preparation

- Dice potatoes. In a casserole, cook potatoes for 20 minutes in boiling water. Do the same thing with Les Cultures de chez nous sliced leeks. In a bowl incorporate potatoes, leeks, cream, parsley, nutmeg, salt and pepper.
- Preheat oven at 350°F (180°C).
- Over a floured work surface, slice filo dough in two. brush with butter, then add stuffing and close everything up. Do it again. Oven bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
