Ingredients
- 1 large Naan bread
- 1/2 package of 250 g (2 cups) of Les Cultures de chez nous sliced leeks
- 12 cooked and sliced chicken strips
- 1 red pepper sliced into strips
- 3 chopped mushrooms
- 60 ml (1/4 cup) of parmesan cheese
- 60 ml (1/4 cup) of pesto
Preparation
Side-by-side mode
- Preheat barbecue at medium heat.
- Brush Naan bread with pesto. Cover with chicken, vegetables and cheese.
- To broil, preheat one side of the barbecue at high heat and set pizza on the other side. Close the lid and bake 7 to 10 minutes, until vegetables are cooked and cheese melted.
- Serve with a good beer!
