Ingredients
- 1 roll package of puff pastry
- 1 1/2 package of 250 g (6 cups) of les Cultures de chez nous sliced leeks
- 1 Camembert cheese
- 3 eggs
- 400 ml (1,5 cup) of Gloria milk briquette
- Olive oil
- Pepper and salt
Preparation
Side-by-side mode
- In a hot pan, well oiled, fry sliced leeks. Whisk eggs and milk. Pepper and salt.
- Unroll puff pastry in a pie mold, prick and pour sliced leeks and preparation. Slice Camembert cheese into strips. Set cheese strips over pie and oven bake 40 minutes at 350 °F (170 °C).
