Ingredients
- 75 ml (1/3 cup) of raspberries vinaigrette
- 500 ml (2 cups) of mesclun
- 250 ml (1 cup) of carrots sliced into julienne
- 8 slices of maple smoked ham
Preparation
Side-by-side mode
- In a large bowl, pour vinaigrette. Add mesclun, carrots and, if desired, mint. Stir and divide salad into plates.
- Garnish each portions with smoked ham and raspberries.
