Chicken drumsticks with pears and leeks

Ingredients
- 15 ml (1 tablespoon) of canola oil
- 12 chicken drumsticks, without skin
- 3 pears, peeled and sliced into quarters
- 30 ml (2 tablespoons) of honey
- 15 ml (1 tablespoon) of cider vinegar
- 180 ml (3/4 cup) of apple juice
- 1 package of 250 g (4 cups) of Les Cultures de chez nous sliced leeks
- Salt and pepper up to taste
Preparation

- In a pan, heat oil at medium heat. Brown chicken drumsticks 1 minute over each side. Remove from the pan and set in a plate. Set aside.
- In the same pan, caramelize pears with honey for 1 to 2 minutes.
- Set back drumsticks in the pan. Add remaining ingredients and simmer uncovered for 18 to 20 minutes, turn drumsticks form time to time.
