Ingredients
  • 1/2 package of 250 g (2 cups) of Les Cultures de chez nous sliced leeks
  • 15 to 30 ml (1 to 2 tablespoons) of mustard, to your choice
  • 125 ml (1/2 cup) of butter, softened
  • 1 baguette
  • Grated Gruyère AOC cheese, to taste
Preparation

  • Mix softened butter with mustard and sliced leeks.
  • Slice the baguette into 1 cm (1/2 inch) slices.
  • Spread the generously sliced leek mixture over the baguette.
  • Add the grated Gruyère AOC cheese and bake in the oven, preheated to 350°F (180ºC), for 8 to 10 minutes, until golden brown.
