2 pizzas of 25 cm (10 in.)
Ingredients
1 skinless salmon filet of 454 g (1 pound)
250 ml (1 cup) of pizza sauce
2 precooked pizza dough
16 asparagus
1 package of 200 g of cocktail bocconcinis
125 ml (1/2 cup) of minced mushrooms
60 ml (1/4 cup) of sour cream
15 ml (1 tablespoon) of chopped parsley (optional)
15 ml (1 tablespoon) of chopped dill (optional)
Preheat oven at 400°F (200°C).
Slice salmon into cubes.
Spread sauce over pizza dough. Garnish with diced salmon, asparagus, bocconcinis and minced mushrooms.
Oven bake for 8 to 10 minutes.
If desired, mix sour cream with herbs.
Remove pizza from oven and coat diced salmon with sour cream.
Set back pizza to oven and continue cooking for 8 to 10 minutes.
