3 eggs
150 ml (2/3 cup) of flour
1 package of baking powder
100 ml (3/8 cup) of oil

Preheat oven at 350 °F (180 °C).
With butter, roast Les Cultures de chez nous sliced leeks in a casserole.
Slice salmon into pieces and brown for about 5 minutes with sliced leeks. salt and pepper.
In a large bowl, whisk eggs, flour and baking powder. Add salmon mixture and sliced leeks and all other ingredients. Pour it all in an ungreased mold and oven bake for 45 minutes.
