Ingredients
- 30 ml (2 tablespoons) of olive oil
- 1 package of 250 g (4 cups) of Les Cultures de chez nous sliced leeks
- 1 peeled and diced squash
- 3 chopped garlic cloves
- 15 ml (1 teaspoon) of chopped fresh ginger
- 125 ml (1/2 cup) of chicken broth
- 250 ml (1 cup) of diced ham
- Salt and pepper up to taste
Preparation
Side-by-side mode
- In a large pan, fry leeks, squash and garlic for 3 minutes. Add ginger, chicken broth and continue cooking until broth reduces.
- Add ham. Season up to taste.
Chef’s note
Delicious in this sauté version, may also cook leftovers into an omelette or a quiche.
