Ingredients
- 4 small tortillas of 17,5 cm (7 inches)
- 125 g of lightly melted cream cheese
- 125 ml (1/2 cup) of commercial chocolate spread
- 12 minced strawberries
- 15 ml (1 tablespoon) of butter
- Few strawberries for garnishing
Preparation
Side-by-side mode
- Spread half of each tortilla with cream cheese and the other half with chocolate spread.
- Divide strawberries over one of the halves. Close tortillas.
- In a pan, heat butter at medium-low heat. Cook tortillas for 1 minute on each side. Serve with a few strawberries.
Did you know that...
The best way to freeze strawberries is to dry them well after washing, spread them out on parchment paper for 1 hour in the freezer, then place them in an airtight container or bag, removing as much air as possible from the inside.
