8 blueberries sausages
A large box of pineapples or 12 fresh pineapple slices
125 ml (1/2 cup) of pineapple juice puree
15 ml (1 tablespoon) of cornstarch
2.5 ml (1/2 teaspoon) of black pepper

Cook sausages in a frying pan and keep their fats for the pineapple sauce later. Lightly cook pineapple slices over both sides.
Set blueberry sausages on an oven-safe plate and cover with pineapple slices.
Add cornstarch, pepper, and pineapple cooking juice (the one with sausage fats). Whisk everything until boiling and until the juice thickens.
Simmer in the oven to 350ºF (180°C) for about 35 minutes. Make sure everything is hot before removing it from the oven.
