Ingredients: 30 ml (2 tablespoons) of olive oil; 1 roughly chopped large onion; 1/2 package of 250 g (2 cups) of Les Cultures de chez nous sliced leeks; 2 chopped carrots; 2 chopped celery branches; 1 garlic clove; 1,5 liter (6 cups) of chicken broth; 1 Bay leaf; 1 pinch of rosemary; 2 ml (1/4 teaspoon) of thyme; 500 ml (2 cups) of eggs noodles; White or brown cooked chicken chunks; 62,5 ml (1/4 cup) of finely chopped fresh parsley; or 30 ml (2 tablespoons) of dried parsley

1/2 package of 250 g (2 cups) of Les Cultures de chez nous sliced leeks
2 chopped carrots
2 chopped celery branches

1,5 liter (6 cups) of chicken broth
1 Bay leaf
1 pinch of rosemary
2 ml (1/4 teaspoon) of thyme
500 ml (2 cups) of eggs noodles
White or brown cooked chicken chunks
62,5 ml (1/4 cup) of finely chopped fresh parsley; or 30 ml (2 tablespoons) of dried parsley

Preparation

Side-by-side mode

Heat olive oil. Add onions, sliced leeks, celery, carrots and garlic. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes and add chicken broth.
Finally, add Bay leaf, rosemary, thyme, parsley, eggs noodles and chicken chunks. Simmer for 10 to 20 minutes until vegetables and noodles tenders.
