30 ml (2 tablespoons) of olive oil
1 roughly chopped large onion
1/2 package of 250 g (2 cups) of Les Cultures de chez nous sliced leeks
2 chopped carrots
2 chopped celery branches
1 garlic clove
1,5 liter (6 cups) of chicken broth
1 Bay leaf
1 pinch of rosemary
2 ml (1/4 teaspoon) of thyme
500 ml (2 cups) of eggs noodles
White or brown cooked chicken chunks
62,5 ml (1/4 cup) of finely chopped fresh parsley; or 30 ml (2 tablespoons) of dried parsley
Preparation
Side-by-side mode
Heat olive oil. Add onions, sliced leeks, celery, carrots and garlic. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes and add chicken broth.
Finally, add Bay leaf, rosemary, thyme, parsley, eggs noodles and chicken chunks. Simmer for 10 to 20 minutes until vegetables and noodles tenders.
Chef’s note
If needed, add Loneys's chicken broth concentrate.
