Bring a large pot of well-salted water to a boil. Add the penne and cook for 8 to 10 minutes.
Cut the ham into small dice, melt the butter in a saucepan and brown the ham. Add the Les Cultures de chez nous sliced leeks and gently sauté for 3 to 4 minutes. Add the lemon juice and chopped fresh basil, then season with salt and pepper. Stir in the crumbled goat cheese and the cream.
Mix and cook for 3 to 4 minutes, until the desired consistency is reached. Drain the pasta and toss it in the sauce.
