Ingredients
  • 4 packages of frozen raspberries coulis
  • 200 ml (200 gr) of frozen mangos (into slices)
  • 30 ml (2 tablespoons) of powdered sweetener
  • 2 yogurts, original
  • 4 biscuits de Reims
Preparation
Side-by-side mode
  • Soak frozen raspberries coulis packages for 20 minutes in warm water to thaw.
  • Set mangos slices in a baking glass plate.
  • Cover and thaw 5 minutes in the microwave.
  • Add 15 ml (1 tablespoon) of powdered sweetener into each yogurt and mix.
  • Slice biscuits de Reims into pieces.
  • Pour the entirerity of both raspberries coulis packages in 4 straight and wide glasses (of about 200 ml)
  • Divide sweetened yogurt. Spread with biscuits. Add mango slices. Cover it up with remainings of coulis. Serve fresh with a spoon.
